A design strategy and visual design system was developed for this young platform.  The design strategy package I delivered is based around a series of workshops focusing on areas such as competitive positioning, experience mapping visual design direction and rearchitecting the system. 

This interactive prototype demonstrated the key flows for a proposed bond issuance startup platform.  It has been instrumental in attracting funding and partnerships necessary to build the initial version of this platform. 

Sheffield Crowd is an ideas harvesting platform run by the Innovation team at the University of Sheffield.   The platform allows students to view inspiration and then post ideas for feedback.  The platform also integrates with crowdfunding sites. 

This design system and interactive prototype was created for a programmatic trade execution platform in order to guide future redesign of this software.  The engagement included developing customer profiles and flows, in addition to creating guiding design principles and an interaction library. 

This is a new Commodities Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) platform for a leading Commodities company.  I facilitated the envisioning of the product, set up the design strategy and the design team, and created the overall architecture.  The platform covered all key aspects of the agriculture commodities pipeline. 

This data visualisation tool enables marketers to source, manipulate and share key metrics, both regionally and globally.  The platform is multi-device, primary for tablet and desktop.  I led the design and development of this product for the HSBC Digital Marketing department. 

Click & Invest is a successful online product which allows a mass market to invest in model portfolios. 

It allows customers to test investment scenarios and choose a portfolio which suits them.

I worked with Investec Wealth and Investment to initially envision and design it. 

BRE Buzz is an online community for the sustainable building industry.  I led the design and development of this platform on behalf of BRE, the leading UK sustainable building certification organisation.  It leverages the vast database of BRE articles and documents as a source of discussion between members. 

This platform enables brokers to request and negotiate repo quotes in a simple and efficient manner.  I co-designed the interface and worked with the development team to build the initial release of the platform. 

This platform provides an online dermatology consultation service, connecting patients with doctors and pharmacies.  I worked with the co-founders to concept, design and build the initial release of this solution.

This solution will transform the building security industry  by digitizing all stages of the risk assessment and certification process.   I worked with the founders to service design, prototype and design the initial MVP.  The product is still in development and will be released in the near future.

I co-founded a platform to automate the UK R&T tax credit application process to enable submissions at the lowest cost.  I led product strategy and service design analyses, early market testing and oversaw the design and build of the platform.  Following launch we've acquired a large customer base.  

I ran a series of insights research and early stage concepting for a leading loyalty programme in the UAE.  I led a team in the creation of service design blueprints spanning their partner ecosystem, identified and prioritised opportunities into an innovation pipeline and created design prototypes for the leading initiatives.

I led an experience and strategy team to transform the strategic aims of the Asset Management department of new smart city just outside Riyadh into a realisable technology roadmap.  We ran a series of lean research activities, prototyping validation and extensive service design blueprint mapping to sequence their three year roadmap.

I led the concepting and prototyping of a new marketplace platform for paediatric clinical products.  I also worked with my development partner to architect and cost the eventual build.  We helped the team secure buy-in and funding for this new solution which has since been successfully launched.

I led the redesign, market testing and repositioning of the StayCurrent medical learning and news service which provides multimedia content consumption to suit the lives of busy doctors.    This included transforming the interaction and commercial models at the heart of the product.
