PROJECT
I worked with Investec Wealth & Investment to develop their Click & Invest online investment product. They were looking to offer a mass-market model portfolio solution via an online platform, in the same way as Hargreaves Landsdowne and Nutmeg.
Given the importance of the digital aspects of this solution, I worked directly with the Product team to define the customer journeys and investment projection, risk appetite and application screens.
PROCESS
Leading the engagement with another designer, I worked with the product team to define audience segmentation and profiling and customer lifecycle and adoption paths. We then created screen flows and hi-fidelity prototypes to test with representative customers.
OUTCOME
The Click & Invest prototype was well-received and the product successfully launched.
