PROJECT
I worked with a small consortium of ex-bond traders and technology professionals to create a prototype of a startup bond issuance platform. The platform aims to disrupt the current bank-driven approach to issuing and secondary-trading a new bond.
The interactive prototype has been used to sell the proposition and raise investment to start building the full platform.
PROCESS
As time and resource was limited, I ran a series of workshops to quickly define the current processes and explore how technology could innovate them. From there I drew up a storyboard, and finally ran four mini-sprints to design out screens for the interactive prototype. I delivered the prototype online in order that it could be run during stakeholder and investor meetings.
OUTCOME
The prototype has contributed to successfully achieving the necessary investment.
